“I bought a Noah Rosewood / Spruce soprano at the recent GSUF 2015 festival and have been amazed by its quality. As someone who owns a lot of ukuleles (this was lucky number 13!), I feel I have a clear understanding of what I want in an instrument – and this ticks absolutely every box. It has immediately become my number 1 tenor!” – Martin H

Lots of people have asked when I was going to add a Rosewood / Spruce soprano model to the Noah range – well, here it is! So far the feedback from customers has been great and I’m really looking forward to hearing from more people about what they think of it.

Description

The Noah Rosewood / Spruce Soprano is a more recent addition to my range of ukuleles, and was a big hit at the Summer festivals which I’ve exhibited at this year. In terms of sound, the woods complement each other so well, giving not only a sweet tone but also a wonderful projection both when strummed and finger-picked. Unlike the other Noah Ukuleles, I decided to go for a gloss finish for these as it really brings out the beauty of the Indian Rosewood. It is supplied with Aquila strings and a soft padded case. It is also available in concert and tenor sizes.

Just home from attending the Welsh ukulele festival. I really don’t need another Uke but after being drawn in to looking at your range I bought a rosewood/spruce soprano. If anyone takes the time to read this review, well here we go. All solid wood, tone in upper and lower register clear e.g. deep and bright. Action, like your fingers are not having to press anywhere up the neck. Sustain, well it rings on. Overall finish, immaculate. I recently retired from work and as a gift for all my hard graft after 35 years bought an IZ Martin tenor Uke. This was a very expensive purchase but, you only live once. I have 4 other ukuleles in all the sizes but have to say the Noah stacks up well. To my way of thinking this brand will grow in popularity. As for price? Hand built, solid wood, fantastic spec. Need I say any more. GRAB ONE NOW and keep on strumming. All the best. Chris.
